My family - Kent, Ava, Ayden, and Alayna
This is my fifteenth year of teaching. I earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from UNL and my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from UNO. I graduated with my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2008 and my Masters in Educational Leadership in May of 2019 through Creighton University.
I enjoy working with children. I love being an educator. It allows me to have social interactions at different levels and I enjoy the variety in my daily activities. I am very passionate about learning and work very hard to build relationships.
My husband, Kent and I have a daughter, Ava, who is in 6th grade, a son, Ayden who is in 4th grade, and a daughter, Alayna who is in 2nd grade. My husband, Kent works for L & L Custom Builders as their designer and project manager.
During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I love to play all types of sports, especially volleyball. I also enjoy going on runs and reading.
I am a strong believer that parents play an important role in the academic success of each child. I will work to keep all parents informed and involved in their child’s academic year. Please be sure to "like" my Facebook page and to follow me on Twitter.
